Elisabeth Else is a pragmatic, solutions-oriented consultant. She has specialised in eCommerce implementation since 2008, increasingly focussing on projects that have previously struggled.
Elisabeth is currently available for part-time projects – please see LinkedIn for latest availability.
Key strengths are a clear focus and the ability to rapidly understand the business and technical challenges of a particular project. She has the ability to interact and influence credibly at all levels within both the client organisation and the implementation partner. A typical implementation project with a major client will last 6-12 months.
Elisabeth is also available for smaller projects, such as:
- Guiding or managing the business aspects of supplier selection for digital projects large and small. Her work with struggling projects only reinforces the importance of starting projects on the right foot. Typically these procurement projects take 1 or 2 days a week, with duration according to the scale of the project.
- Leading functional verification testing (FVT) or user acceptance testing (UAT) for eCommerce projects. It is so much easier and cheaper to identify and rectify any areas of functionality that aren’t quite as anticipated while the developer is still in place and engaged with the project. Such pieces of work are generally a couple of weeks of fairly intense work.
In between major projects, Elisabeth works with smaller clients in the English & Welsh wine industry, helping producers get the most out of their websites and online shops. She is also the founder of www.WineCellarDoor.co.uk, the independent guide to visitor-friendly vineyards on the UK.
