overview
Elisabeth is a pragmatic, solutions-oriented consultant and interim manager specialising in helping clients to use IT systems to support their business objectives. Her key skills lie in creative problem solving and the ability to understand both the business needs and the technical possibilities. Work with stakeholders at all levels then enables her to broker and deliver an agreed solution.
With a strong background in Statistics and Project Management, combined with excellent communication skills, Elisabeth has demonstrated particular expertise in ensuring that projects are business focused, well documented and effectively communicated, thereby delivering results.
... but is it relevant? is now in its eleventh year; prior to setting up her own business, Elisabeth worked for an American management consultancy and in the banking and pharmaceutical industries.
experience
Varied experience all contributes to her current main work of implementing online shops and coaching clients to maximise the revenue from these websites:
A degree in Statistics and subsequent work in data analytics and database-driven environments is extremely useful in structuring product data effectively and in managing the relationships between products and well as understanding numerical results and causes
Leading Lloyds TSB's CRM pilot gave real-life experience of how different communications and product offers affected 300,000 customers; many of the lessons from this are readily applicable to smaller businesses who would never have the customer volumes to test their own strategies against a valid control group
In all her work, the ability to communicate clearly at all levels has been essential; a love of language is also extremely helpful for reviewing and providing copy and an interest in photography makes understanding website presentation much easier
Finally, procurement, delivery and running of 2 major online shops demonstrates the ability to deliver results on time and on budget.
