We started working with Ella Blake when they already had an online shop in place, built by a third party and using the Drupal content management system.

The website has a really nice crisp modern design, but the owners were concerned about the lack of sales.  We've produced a detailed report of actions for the next 6 months and are providing coaching on merchandising, SEO and PR to help them achieve their targets. We also help with site updates and providing a gentle nudge when updates and email marketing would be useful.
